had a fantastic stay in vienna at a charming hotel. loved the friendly reception and comfy bed. great location near public transport and city center. felt like a valued customer.

breakfast was lacking variety

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities like a minibar and a heated bathroom. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any issues. The breakfast provided is good quality and satisfying.

There were some issues with the shower, as the temperature adjustment knob did not work properly.
