had a fantastic stay in vienna at a charming hotel. loved the friendly reception and comfy bed. great location near public transport and city center. felt like a valued customer.

breakfast was lacking variety

The breakfast provided is good quality and satisfying.

There were some issues with the shower, as the temperature adjustment knob did not work properly.
